If you're reading this, then it is already too late. For what exactly? I'll decide that by the end of the page. For now, HELLO! My name is Bronsen. (Pronounced Brawn-sin). I'm a 30-something dad who fell in love with Pokémon, Anime, and Cartoon Network all before I knew what I wanted to do with my life. Guess those things had a major influence over me after all.
Throughout my 20s, I've written for several publications. I've held down gigs reviewing everything from video games to books, comics, and everything in between. Working for other people kept teaching me the same lesson over and over again, I hated other people telling me what ot write about. I liked the freedom of covering a variety of topics that I'm interested in. I wanted to be able to jump from silly lists to serious-length features on the state of gaming. And the only way I was going to be able to accomplish that would be to start my own blog.
So that's what UrGeekness is. A space to cover the topics I want to, when I want to, and how I want to. If you're down to listen to my ramblings, then I would love to have you along on this journey with me.
